Artificial collection of newspaper and magazine articles that pertain to the Wisconsin soldiers and veterans, general information about the military, and the participation of the United States in various wars. The collection was originally kept as a vertical file by the Wisconsin Veterans Museum Research Center. Articles in the collection have been arranged into groups that include General Information, Ethnic and Cultural, Celebrations and Anniversaries, Individual Veterans, Veteran Organizations, Military Branches, Wisconsin National Guard, and Wars. The bulk of the collection consists of articles from the past twenty years, but does include some written during the Civil War. A folder list is available in the Research Center.
